In-Home Pet Sitting:
Should it become necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment, advance notice of at least 48 hours is required. Late cancellations are subject to an administration fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service(s).
Private Dog Walking, Dog Park Excursion and Pet Shuttle:
Should it become necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment, a phone call must be made to notify our office before 8pm on the day prior to your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations are subject to an administration fee equal to the full amount of the scheduled service(s).
An additional $5 fee applies to appointments scheduled on the following holidays:
- New Year's Day
- Good Friday
- Victoria Day
- Canada Day
- Labour Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Chistmas Day
- Boxing Day

Should Always There Pet care find it necessary to provide
additional services or supplies for the care of your pet(s) or
home, reimbursement is expected upon your return. This
would include but is not limited to:
- Veterinary trips
- Obtaining pet food
- Medication or supplies
- Additional visits for late arrival home
- Emergencies
- Unexpected household occurences
